Who we are

About Forever Fit Sneads Ferry

Coach Daniel's Strength and Conditioning class has members calling it the highlight of their day, and the gym floor backs it up with people cheering each other through every rep like they've known each other for years. Forever Fit has been part of Sneads Ferry since 1991, and in August 2024 it passed to Meredith and Josh Caruso, a retired Marine Corps officer turned football coach and an accomplished dancer who also runs the Lejeune Dance Company. They've added new equipment throughout the floor, the facility has earned NASM and AFAA certification, and the class schedule has grown to include programs like aerial fitness and Homeschool Fit Kids alongside the group classes that built this gym's reputation. A $7 day pass gets you in the door with no commitment. Come see us at 214 Sneads Ferry Road.

My class is the highlight of my day! It's more than just lifting; it's a family that cheers for every person and supports you through every rep.

Awesome gym!!! Super kind and chill staff. Members are also awesome. Visited on day pass as a tourist to area. First day we got in free, second day was very affordable pass compared to other gyms in area. They let us set up a pack and play for our baby.
